These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and kk999 (hereinafter "kk999", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kk999.vu.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk999 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kk999 will never contact you to request your password.
• You must notify kk999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your account credentials. kk999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• kk999 reserves the right to require identity verification documentation at any stage — including upon registration, during the course of play, or at the point of a withdrawal request — as required under its KYC obligations pursuant to its international gaming licence.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party. The account is personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned.

kk999 reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kk999 has reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the kk999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your kk999 account:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the Player's KYC verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard bank transfer. kk999 reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed and credited to your kk999 balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on inter-bank processing times.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds transferred from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). kk999 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not satisfied the applicable KYC requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered kk999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the applicable payment method and may also be subject to internal review procedures, particularly for large transactions or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.
• kk999 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week as applicable, particularly for accounts that have not completed enhanced verification.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must be converted to real funds through the satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

kk999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real funds. The following general terms apply to all kk999 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per shared payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through the use of multiple accounts or shared payment methods will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• kk999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that the promotion is being exploited or abused.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable directly. Winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable only upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Where a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements have been met, kk999 reserves the right to deduct bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom prior to processing the withdrawal of the real-money balance.
• kk999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus granted in error or as a result of a technical malfunction, and to reverse any winnings associated with such a bonus.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the kk999 Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, and casino games are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets and wagers are placed at the risk of the Player. kk999 accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any game or betting event. The results of all games and events are final and binding.
• Bets may not be cancelled, altered, or reversed once they have been confirmed and accepted by the kk999 system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all details of a bet before confirming placement.
• kk999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) the bet was placed on the basis of incorrect odds or information resulting from a technical error; (b) the integrity of the event is reasonably in question; or (c) the bet constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Cricket betting on kk999 covers all major international and domestic competitions including but not limited to Pakistan Super League (PSL), bilateral international series involving Pakistan, and ICC global events. Market availability and odds are subject to change up to and including the commencement of each event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Player must notify kk999 support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. kk999's decision following review shall be final and binding.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits may be applied to any bet or series of bets at the discretion of kk999. These limits may be communicated at the time of placing a bet or applied retroactively where there is evidence of systematic exploitation.

kk999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. kk999 recognises that gambling, while an entertainment activity for the majority of Players, can become problematic for some individuals.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits directly from their account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum period of 24 hours after any upward adjustment request.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting kk999 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or re-access the Platform during the exclusion period.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with kk999.
• Use of the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Collusion with other Players in any game or market for the purpose of manipulating outcomes or exploiting the Platform.
• Use of any software, algorithm, automated system, bot, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any technical error, malfunction, or vulnerability in the Platform software, including placing bets on clearly incorrect odds resulting from an error.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or other systematic bonus exploitation strategies.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

All content on the kk999 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of kk999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kk999 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kk999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk999 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the kk999 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, outages, technical errors, or inaccessibility of the Platform, regardless of cause.
• Losses arising from the outcome of any game or betting event, including losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the Player.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or any other financial transaction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kk999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

kk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kk999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — typically by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date and, where the change is significant, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the kk999 Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
